I have traveled countless times as the only adult with my kids! That's right, one mama, and three kids off adventuring and exploring for days to weeks at a time. From flights across the country, overnight Amtrak rides, road trips to distant states, spur of the moment trips to big trips planned out months beforehand, we have done it all. We have tented in campgrounds, camped in a van, rented Airbnbs and stayed in hotels as we travel and explore the beauty of nature. Some of the nature exploring adventures have been hiking to waterfalls, watching bison walk across the road, spotting mountain sheep on the hills and hiking canyons.
