I was challenged to start a new routine of juicing every day when I went to a Tony Robbins Event. I have been slowly building up my consistency with juicing and figuring out how to make it doable for a mom of three! Even If I am not juicing every day yet, I still feel the difference! I can tell already, that this juicer is here to stay! There are a whole lot of health benefits that come with juicing. Packed with essential nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants, fresh juices offer a delicious and convenient way to boost your overall well-being. I chose to start with juicing celery, as it is really good for you gut health. but you can start with any fruit or veggie! Here are some of the benefits.

  1. Nutrient-Rich Goodness: Juicing provides a concentrated source of essential nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. By extracting the liquid from fruits and vegetables, you're left with a nutrient-rich beverage that can contribute to improved immune function, better skin health, and increased energy levels.

It's important to have your cells in the best health possible!)
